In this follow up episode, I’ll go deeper into repair cost guidelines in terms of cost per square foot based on the size, age and condition of the house you would be considering to buy, fix and sell for profit. I will also share when and how to adjust your estimates based on things that are in good condition or don’t necessarily need to be repaired.
